Refund policy

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by RMT Backpacks LLC within 14 days of receipt for store credit only, less shipping and handling. Refunds are issued for products that were never received/out of stock. Refunds are processed once products are received in house and are accounted for. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days of customer receipt. Exchanges will need to be sent back to RMT Backpacks LLC at the customer’s expense. If the error is on behalf of RMT Backpacks LLC, then RMT Backpacks LLC will cover the shipping cost.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Changes are only possible for the first 24 hours after purchase. Please contact us at irene@rmtbackpacks.com as soon as possible so that we can assist you in making the required revisions to your order. In most cases we are able to make changes as long as the order has not shipped.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
