Shipping policy
1. Do you ship to countries outside of the United States?
Currently we only ship within the United States.
2. I have yet to receive my order.
The products are normally processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been received.3. Can I exchange or cancel my order?
Changes are only possible for the first 24 hours after purchase. Please contact us at irene@rmtbackpacks.com as soon as possible so that we can assist you in making the required revisions to your order. In most cases we are able to make changes as long as the order has not shipped.
4. How do you ship?
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $200.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping in the US is 3-5 business days once the shipment has left our warehouse in California. Generally, customers on the west coast can expect to receive their order within 3 business days and customers on the east coast should expect the full 5 business days.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date. All returned items must be unused and in their original condition. For orders over $100, a $10 return label fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping. Returns can take up to 2 weeks from delivery to process. Once a refund has been processed, it can take 1 to 3 business days to post the refund to your bank account. Please contact us at irene@rmtbackpacks.com.
7. What is your refund policy?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at irene@rmtbackpacks.com.
